Grafton Everest poor quality Lounge Suite

My husband and I are married for 26 years now. During that time, we had 3 lounge suites, all was Grafton Everest. The latest one, however, is of the poorest quality I have seen from any of their products. We bought the set 3 years ago at Bradlows in Newcastle. (I can provide photos and the delivery note if required). It was not one of the cheapest sets available, but we wanted Grafton Everest and nothing else. Now, the set is tearing at all the seams. Who can afford to buy a new set every 3 years?? The reason we chose Graften Everest was besause it last long, now they have prooved me wrong!! We don't have small kids, and our pets are not allowed on the couches. We all work during the day, and basically using it only in the evenings. My son is getting married next year and we will have a lot of family, and then everyone will see our torn lounge suite. What a disgrace. I am very dissapointed, and will NEVER recommend Grafton Everest to ANYONE, EVER!!! In stead, I will make sure all my friends and family know what poor quality Grafton Everest is selling.
