Grafton Everest Poor Quality

Bought a couch in December which got delivered in January 2023. I lodged a complaint in November 2023 about the fabric fraying.

Even though the couch is under warranty and has hardly been used as it is just my wife and I at home, they claim its due to wear and tear. The materials used are inferior and the couch is really not worth the price. Can get better quality for 3 x cheaper. The warranty doesn't cover anything as they will claim its due to normal use.

Don't waste your money on Grafton thinking you are buying quality. You are just paying more for the name however the quality is very poor.
