Grafton Everest - Poor Quality

Purchased a Grafton Everest lounge suite from Bradlows in December 2019. Months later the material started peeling and tearing off. Tried several times to get assistance to have this fixed but I have received no help to date. For the price I paid and quality I received, I am deeply regretful.
