Grafton Everest pathetic quality of both products and management

I purchased a lounge set from the factory shop for R18000. After a few months the leather started peeling off, 2 recliners stopped working and the 3 seater back rests are all breaking. I have tried numerous times to get ahold of management to which I was given very rude responses. The company sells inferior quality and do not accept responsibility.
