Grafton everest inferior frame on couch.

I bought my lounge suite about 2 years ago, Furniture vibe Amanzimtoti, it already had gone in twice for repairs on the same couch, now again it broke same couch, the frame most probably has a weak point hence it keeps breaking at the same spot. Now what must I do, because every time u call logs a complain then wait for Furniture vibes to get authorization, then to collect and then wait weeks to get it back again. I will await Grafton Everest to contact me because somewhere someone is not doing what the policy and guarantee say.
