Grafton Everest Disappointing

On the 25.8.21 I bought Grafton Everest's 3 piece Diplomat sofa's from a leading furniture store in Johannesburg.) for the cash sale price of R60 000. They were delivered but hardly into their 3 weeks, the three seater sofa broke when a child sat on it. I raised the matter with the store and they promised the sofa will be collected to be fixed, along with the one seater sofa which was brought with a clumsy design (its planks/ wood on the back balance are visible to the eye). Today is the 24.09.21 and No collection was made yet. I wrote an e-mail of dissatisfaction to Grafton Everest directly and they too haven't responded. This is the kind of treatment consumers face from goods suppliers once their money leaves their pockets. I was under the impression that the brand could be trusted and expected a better response from their side since they highly recommend themselves but now I see that what I thought to be an investment was just a scandal waste of money earned so hard.
