Grafton Everest and House and home issues
Purchased a Grafton everest couch in 2017. Grafton states their is a 5 year warranty on the frame. House and home advise that they provide a 1 year warranty. Grafton requested house and home to advise me to ship the item to house at home at my costs for inspection. Firstly I am not sure why I should ship the item to house and home if the warranty is only 1 year. Secondly I believe this should be covered under warranty, why should I bear the costs. If Grafton can send someone to house and home to ehck the couch why should I incure costs surely the can send the inspector to my home.

20 Apr 2021, 11:44Got a mail from House and home Forest Hill Mall that Grafton is requesting the item to be sent to the store and I must pay the delivery fees. I have paid someone to come home fix the couch already. I have paid 25k for a lounge set in 2017 and the base is made out of chipboard.
