Grafton Everest 3pc Stirling Lounge Set

It's sad when one tries to get in contact with the head office and you go to the extent of giving every little detail as possible and even so they dnt get back to you. I have contacted Grafton Everest on the 5th December 2018 until date I am still awaiting a response. I have purchased a 3pc Stirling Lounge set in Blk and the leather is peeling so terribly unfortunately 3yrs back. It had clearly stated a 10yr warranty so that's more the reason I had purchased it. It feels more like once the item is bought go to hell we dnt care about your complaints... How *********** can a huge company like GRAFTON EVEREST ever be. I was said send an email to ********** and they will respond right until date I await a response. Empty promises and you get nothing out of them it's really sad. I dnt think they even know how to keep up to their slogan... If this is the only way to get a response from Grafton Everest than so be it!
