**** Warranty Grafton Everest

So much for such a large, so-called prestigious, company offering a 5-year Warranty on a lounge suite costing R 28 000 ! We contacted them concerning a faulty Daybed, they referred us to one of their accredited repair companies, who, after the third attempt repaired the Daybed recliner at a considerable cost. We submitted the invoices, under Warranty, only to have the claim refused! "Moving of suite"?? This lounge suite is so big it cannot and has not, been moved !!!
