Extremely Disappointed in Grafton Everest

I purchased a Grafton Everest lounge suite cash in December 2020 from Bradlows Chatsworth. About a year and a half later the stitches started opening and there was peeling on the bottom of the 3 seater, after calling and visiting the store numerous times, they eventually picked up the bottom of the 3 seater and after more than 2 months it was repaired and returned. At the beginning of March 2023 the bottom of the 2 seater and the top of the 3 seater started peeling and the stitches on the single seater started opening, I then went back into the store to complain and after weeks of getting no feedback, the sales person decided to take my call today and he stated that your claim is Rejected and your 2 year warranty ended a few months ago.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from the store and more disappointed in the quality of Grafton Everest as I always thought it to be of high quality, however it seems that was absolutely wrong.

I will never purchase from Bradlows or Grafton Everest again nor will I recommend it to anyone, instead I will share my experience with anyone interested in Grafton.
