bought a graton Everest lounge suite March 2014 whereby the slaes lady at bears told us that the gaurentee is 5 years. now after a year the spring is worn out and the lounge suite sit like it is 10 years old<br> where is the gaurentee. now bears is closed down now no one want to assist me.<br> I contacted African Bank they decline I contacted Manager grafton Everest no one responded. <br> the service is very bad and I though I am buy quality. I will tell every one what service you get from grafton and Everest. <br>
