Complaint

Very bad, I bought a lounge sweet at Bradlows 3yrs ago paid 22k cash and after in less than 2years it started peeling and Stitching came loose, i called Grafton and was told I need to go to bradlows as they will book it, when I got to bradlows I was told that they can book, however I need to pay R695 for transportation then what ever cost of faults I need to pay?

So how is it that you have to pay 22k for something that lasts less than 2yrs but Highly Speaks about Grafton being the Best on the Market Appearance was all good,the moment they take your Money they done with you.

I couldve bought a 10k lounge sweet and that would probably last forever.

I hope that this complaint goes to the right person for it to be reviewed.
