Cheap quality, Lavish prices

Pathetic customer service and even worse quality products. For the price paid and barely 4 years in, Grafton Everest leaves a lot to be desired. I should have rather spent my money on the Chinese brands for 1/4 the price. At least they're honest about the quality of their products ! Getting hold of GE is impossible. The number doesn't go through and email address rejects all mail, which I've tried sending from 3 different addreses and domains. Advice to anyone in the market for a lounge suite, buy literally ANY other brand. The name might be "proudly South African" but it seems their quality is now far from the home grown level they want you to beleive they still pride themselves on.
