cheap products sold

Good Day All. I purchased a Lounge Suite for Joshua Doore in Chatsworth. I paid R22 000.00.its a so called LEATHER lounge Suite . Its about a year and a half old. But the problem I'm having is the fabric is tearing all over. I have no small kids to tear it. Its just CHEAP Fabric that is being used. They are ripping us off. I also had a problem with the 2 seater were the spring jumped out and the sofa sunk in. I complained to Josha doore but the manager tells me that he getting no joy from Grafton Everest. R22 000.00 is alot of money. I should have went to Mayfair and bought a set Cheaper. <br> This is bringing a Bad Name in the industry to JD and GE. I dnt recommend anyone to purchase any of Grafton Everest products. I hope that I get some positive Feedback from someone senior at Jd and GEverest. <br> <br> Regards<br> Mr Govender
