Broken Trust with Misleading & Non existant gaurantee

We bought a Grafton Everest Camden lounge suite from Rochester Northgate in August 2018 with the advise, confirmation that it comes with a 2 year exchange g/tee. We also got g/tee card. Now 6 months down the line the advise that it is a repair g/tee which was not advised or disclosed. Apparently they only pass a credit or exchange within the 1st 6 months? Is Grafton Everest products of such low standard and quality. Defiantly their name & honor does not mean much anymore. We should have bought foreign product. We went to store again yesterday and all the suites have the same worthless g/tee card on it.
