BAD WORKMANSHIP & BAD QUALITY

We purchased 2 x 3 seater full leather sofas from Value Lounge, Springfield Park, during February 2012.<br> <br> We've since noticed that the frames are damaged on both sofas, the 1 with the left hand arm pulling away from the base. The other sofa has both the left and right hand arms pulling away from the base and the frame broken on the right hand arm.<br> <br> To say I am disappointed is an understatement. We've since been told by Lee, of Value Lounge, that the sofas are out of guarantee and we have no recourse. We purchased Grafton Everest as it was a South African made sofa and not a cheap Chinese import. Right now, I feel we should have purchased the later....at least you know what you are buying! Bad workmanship, bad quality and bad after sales service seems to follow in the footsteps of the Chinese import market.
