bad attitude
There was a sale at grafton everest today so my mom and i went there hopingnto buy sofa.when we got there, there were single reclyners on 1 side and a full set of sofa on the other side.so, we bought and paid for a reclyner not knowing that it was just that sinhle piece because a guy whonwas there toldnus that it was a set.the rest is at the storeroom.so we paid R7000 for that reclyner.when we guys were loading it in a van, they told us that it was just that single piece.we spoke to a manager hoping that he will offer some sort of solution.but he referred us back to a white lady whom we paid to.and OMG, i've never been disrespected like that in my life.she was shouting at us like some children.she didnt want to listen to anything we were saying.the door was closed.but people outside could hear her shouting at us.telling us we not getting our money back.we must make a plan.worse customer service ever.we are paying customers who deserve to be treated with respect.but what we received today from that lady at grafton, was a very bad customer service and disrespect
