Wrap removes paint

I had a full wrap to my Chevrolet lumina bakkie, firstly they wrapped the car gloss black instead of Matt black, eventually they agreed to redo it as the wrap was pealing off badly within the first week.

They cut the wrap on your paint work, leaving scratch/score marks all over your car.

I decided to have my wrap removed by a different company, whom informed me the wrap had bonded to my paint on the plastic surfaces. These surfaces have never been repainted, I.e original factory paint, so now I have to repaint my front/back bumper as well as the roof.

I left a comment on their Facebook page which they deleted and blocked me from commenting in future.
