**** noisy employees

This company was employed to construct a granny flat at my neighbours, it has taken 10 months and the project is still on the go, the supervision is barely there so the staff do as they please, this used to be a fantastic quiet neighborhood but these past months have been an absolute disgusting irritating time for me and other residents who don't have the ***** to speak up, I work on shift and these assholes come every day and make the biggest racket as loudly as possible banging their equipment, smoking **** and screaming at each other at the top of their voices even before the days work has begun. I know their is noise in construction but **** me it's a god damned granny flat their building and it takes almost a year. I cannot handle these guys screaming and banging before 7:30am EVERYDAY
