***** and unreliable company that eats students Nsfas books allowances

This conniving company hired one of our university students as their salespeople to sell all types of gadgets to us students of Nelson Mandela University, from cellphones to laptops using our Nsfas allowances(book Voucher) and when they were presenting the business they said to us it takes 7-14 working days to receive the goods purchased from them, we then trusted them when we saw some of the phones in-store where they were operating in the university's property. We then started coming in numbers gave them our student numbers,Nsfas book vouchers and cellphone numbers and they took the book vouchers instantly and give you the false hope of within the mentioned time frame they will give you a call to come collect the phone or if you cant get to them they will deliver the phone.....to cut the story short when we go to the store now we always find it closed and when we call them they don't pick up, we send whatsapp text they just read and ignore. Okay I directly went to this GradesandLevel SA company page on Facebook and found that they are still advertising and asked them about my order several times all they do they just deleted my comments and entirely blocked me....It has been more than a month since I bought a phone through the salespeople in our school on this Joburg based company and I haven't received the phone nor my money.....and the school is now taking measures to try and help us (students) who are ****med of our Nsfas Book vouchers by this Company after we have taken this to their attention as they were not aware.
