Leasing out a two bedroom flat. Driving a car. I ask Elsie about parking and electricity she lies about it all. I have no parking and electricty is controlled by them Monday to Friday. No parking after i have signed everything on Sat now i want out. There are refusing my money. Two kids my safty
Elsie was not aware of the parking situation at the complex nor was she aware that the prepaid electricity provider had the said restrictions.
Everything was done within the power of Graci Holdings as the rental agent to assist this client, however the owner of the said property insisted that the signed lease agreement be honoured.
The client did however receive her Security Deposit eventually after much hard work from Graci Holdings and therefore this complaint should be removed.
