Deposit not refunded after 21 Days

Graci Holdings have not refunded my deposit after 21 days, they come up with a lot of excuses, like the owner is renovating, which should not be my problem, he does not get to use my deposit to renovate! If something is broken its a different story, but he is rebuilding the kitchen, changing cupboards etc.<br> They have also not come back to me with regards to any issues regarding the exit snag list to prove that we need to fix or not fix.<br> The owner showed up without our entry snag list and since then no one has come back to me.
