False Advertising on Website / Disgusting Chalets

It was our Wedding on 26 September'15 at a Lodge in (Vissershoek/Brits Area) and we referred all our guests to book in at Graceland Guest Lodge. What an embarrassment and disappointment to get such bad feedback from our guests! Our guests booked in on Saturday 26 September15 and got a shock when they got to their rooms/chalets. One of the guests even demanded their money back because their room was in a shocking/disgusting state. The cutlery/glasses were dirty and not washed but were put in the cupboards. Their beds were broken, the toilets were disgusting and not clean. Some of the rooms didn't have kettles but there was old, hard coffee in the kitchen. Windows were broken and just taped with plastic. The swimming pool was so dirty that no one wanted to go close to it. TV's in the rooms didn't have aerials, guests had to ask for fans for the rooms cause the mounted ones didn't work.The rooms were dirty and the floors was full of sand and had dust all over, the bedding was dirty and had marks on them. The pictures on their website is very deceiving and doesn't look anything close to what is displayed. [URL Removed] What an embarrassment to have referred anyone to them!
