****MER ALERT!!!! We ordered brides****s dresses in November 2023. She was very friendly and eager to help. As soon as the payment was made she got radio silent. It was a constant struggle to get a hold of her. When we asked when the dresses will be ready in April 2024 as we needed them for my sisters wedding for the 4th of May 2024 she got very rude claiming that she is sick and cant provide is dresses but also refusing a refund. After many complaints she finally agreed to refund us on 29 April 2024, 4 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING! It is now the 27th of June 2024 and we are still waiting for the refund. Almost 2 months AFTER the wedding and we still do not have dresses or our refund. Nicky Pieters is a ****! Dont ever do business with her! She constantly changes her business name as soon as she gets caught. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Facebook is full of complaints regarding Nicky Pieters/Graceful Threads Bridal.
