I DON’T recommend THARA CLEANING COMPANY / GRACEFUL CLEANERS

I’d like to report this company Graceful Cleaners which is also Thara Cleaning Company which specialises in Carpets Cleaning. I hired them to clean my 2 bedrooms carpets but ended up being disappointed, not professional and job was not done properly. I asked for a refund but they refused to pay me back and started yelling at me over the phone . I waited for them to at lost come Re check my house again to fix the issue, they never pitched . I don’t recommend them at all . I did not receive value for the amount I have paid. They used chemical that has strong smell 4 days after cleaning , my chest is painful and have metallic taste in my mouth, carpets dried 3 after they cleaned because they used too much water to clean and smell humidity . I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO CLEAN THEIR ROOMS CARPETS .
