Never buy from Grace Creations SA!!!

Extremely extremely unhappy with their service! I ordered food risers and currently they are 8 weeks late, not only are they very late but zero communication from them, I have been chasing after them and there’s barely any communication from them or apologies. It’s as though I’m begging them to deliver what I paid for! As you can see from the attached chat, they barely reply to texts! WhT type of business is this, being overdue with a clients order by 8 weeks and to top it off not communicate at all and I must be the one running after them! At this point I don’t even know if I’ll ever get my order! Yho I would not advise anyone to order from them at all!
