GRACE REPAIRS - ****

Stupidly, I let them take my washing machine to repair. Quite was R1850. They said it would be repaired and returned the next day. A week later I am still waiting! After the 3rd or 4th time f giving me excuses, I demanded my broken machine get returned. They REFUSED saying g they dont return unrepaired machines . ****, ****, ****!!
