Bad service, ****mers

Use them at your own risk. A month ago I called them to come and fix my washing machine hisense front loader, we agreed on certain price on Monday when they came to fetch the machine, and when they brought it back on Wednesday they charged double amount. The machine was leaking. They even took out the cover in the at the bottom, when I asked about it they said these machine doesn't come with a cover. I was there on Monday when they took the machine and the cover was there but they denied.
