Bad service

Sharon levers doesn't recommend Grace Repairs Appliances. 3m Sharon levers Called them out to repair a fridge. I was advised the cold plate needed to be replaced. I gave them the go ahead on 2nd December. After the cold plate was replaced, the fridge failed to get cold which informed - them of. They told me it would take a few days, after which I messaged them to inform them there was no change. The owner told me that should he come out and find no fault I would have to pay his fee. He eventually sent out his technician and he found that it was a blockage caused by them. They corrected this and I waited a day to make sure the fridge was working. I made payment. Only to find out a day later the fridge was icing up, it was freezing everything inside. To date 26th December, they have not bothered to come out and find out what they did wrong!
