*****, & worse than terrible service!

Before Christmas I contacted Raj, of Grace Home Improvements in Durban, & he came & gave a quote for kitchen & bathroom repairs, which I accepted. He said it would be done before the New Year. It never happened.After hounding Raj nearly daily, he then came & collected a deposit early January, & said the team would do my repairs in the next few days. TWO WEEKS LATER they arrived! (& I was hounding him almost daily on the phone) They did a terrible job in the kitchen, & said they would be in at 9am the next day to complete the job. They never arrived! I eventually told them not to come back. This company has no integrity, they are *****, & they have no pride in their work! Use them at your peril!
