Extremely Disappointing Service and Failure to Refund Money Owed
The owner Edmund Swanepoel refuses to give my refund for a grave that was not even used, promised my family private grave and we paid the private grave and we ended up with a public grave because he **** together with the city of Cape Town muizeberg cemetery because they are in cahoots and its been 4 months since the passing of our loved one and i still haven't received my refund therefore I won't advise anyone to join their services because him Edmund Swanepoel and his wife they are lying and running a ********** business with people during their time of bereavement and they are not even ashamed of it.....they pretend to sympathize with you and make as if they give you a decent funeral but in a mean time they take all your money and **** you with the schemes they are running.
