Fall from Grace

Please, do not put the life of your children and wife's in the hands of these people.

When things got tough, we were dumped at the state hospital - st.Mary's.

After dumpi- I mean handing over my wife to unknown people, grace staff promised to send me a number to call and stay informed. I am yet to recieve that number, or a phone call, or a whatsapp, or a please call me. Kelly, Tiffany, safe from the rain in which I was standing, you looked me square in the eye from the comfort of your idling, home-facing car and told me she was in good hands at St.Marys, as you did more than 3 months before birth when you said that you you would still be advocating for us-why did you even drive with if you're just going to immediately leave us and not even bother to follow up with us let alone answer the damn emergency number on your fancy pamphlets Rebecca? I see from the reviews it's not your first vacation, good life innit?

Despite baby lying completely in the wrong position stuck in the Birthing cannal, the baby was eventually born on Friday by emergency c section - no dad, no vaccines given, no measurements, only the weight was recorded. Absolutely no aftercare (unless you are not white). Saturday we pleaded for someone to investigate the OBVIOUS jaundice, if I had not clawed her out of there by Sunday afternoon (they did not want to release the baby, despite refusing to care for them, failing to even issue his road to health card) the baby was only looked at on Sunday for the first time, and then all of a sudden they were concerned that he might not get any care if we take him to a private hospital which I highly recommend you rather take your money and loved ones instead. Perhaps I should revoke my own man card for not ripping my loved ones out of that death-trap of a ****** hospital... You guys deserve Oscar's... You won't know this, because you didn't bother to even follow up with us, but they both nearly passed away.

Complications are one thing, but even St.Mary's staff was shocked at how the baby was lying...

It's hard not to rant, but you did us dirty... I could carry on - about how you did not detect any of the many Down Syndrome indicators (oh yeah I don't think you know hey? Thanks again for following up!)

Please don't even respond to this review unless you want apologize and responsibly announce that you will no longer be putting people's lives at risk with your incompetence/negligence/arrogance. This post does not ask for your understanding or ****, late sympathy - it merely asks families to steer clear of this pretentious **** of a clinic. If you have managed to give birth here, or you read this and go through with these people and have a wonderful experience (I sincerely wish it upon you) - then please just know it's not because of them, chances are you could probably manage the same alone in a bush for free and have yourself a roughly 30K visit to somewhere far away from Grace.
