Grace Beauty Box Fourways *******s

I am very disappointed in the services i received yesterday at the Grace Beauty box in fourways.

Upon arrival my booking was for 9am. I was not informed that the room was flooded so therefore there would be a delay and I ended up waiting 45min to start. The lady at reception did not notify me about this until I asked. Secondly, I paid R1400 for a full day massage and this is not what was received. The body yogurt for 20min was not done. My facial was not 30min either as my the****** left the room early and did not finish in her correct time.

Lastly, in the given voucher I was told I would receive either grilled chicken/beef with salad and wedges. This is not what i received. I received finger snacks. No apology given or apology or explanation.

The services given was extremely unprofessional and I am unhappy with the services i received for the money I paid. I would not recommend your services to friends or family.

In future please try and avoid things like this as it’s unfair to clients who pays and does not receive what paid for.
