There is nothing worse than trusting an online only business, purchasing a product then not being able to contact or exchange or worse being reembursed. I experianced this. An expensive mistake. I purchased x2 designer handbags, a designer tshirt and a belt from Graca 4 Fashion Botique. A day later, I was told her sister would drop off my goods at my house. I was happy to receive my goods early after being told it will be sent via Aramax which I paid an extra R100 for. I opened my parcel, NO designer handbag, NO leather handbag. Instead something completely different. I straight away sent a text and said this is not what I ordered, as confirmed via images on WhatsApp. I was told her sister must have been confused and she will sort. I looked at my second handbag, also nothing like the image I had been given. Feeling very ********** now I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and was told she would order and sort. But would confirm first before sending items (I asked for a picture) or i would like my money back (over R2000), then once items have arrived i would re order, of course handing back the B grade plastic handbags i had been given in the first place. Well I certainly have learnt a lesson, there has been no communication, yet i am still seeing posts on her Instagram account about products coming in and soon to launch etc etc. Her handle is: graca4fashionbotique DO NOT GO NEAR HER GOODS because if you do, you will be ****med. You will pay, and get nothing like the images as promised and sold to on Instagram. If you know this operation, stay clear. Or you will fall short, and be a statistic like myself. +27 78 ********** is the number she will WhatsApp you on, dont be a fool. Dont fall for her nonsense and lack of business accumin. The pictures lure you in. But when you get your goods you will be surprised. You will be ****** of your money. She will not change your product or pay you back. She will not even answer your messages or phone calls. I feel so cheated, a fool I was to fall for such an easy online ****.
