WORST SERVICE DELIVERY IN ONLINE SHOPPING

We ordered an umbrella 4 weeks ago. It arrived very quickly however the couriers delivered the package completely torn open to our home. On opening the umbrella parts were missing which could be expected after the state the courier delivered it in??!!! We contacted grabitall as well as the couriers and were assured that in 3 days time they will dispatch the missing pieces. This was 3 weeks ago. After back and fort phoning and emailing still no parts were sent, were then told they will send a new umbrella! Still nothing. Constant excused to why it was not done. Blocked my husbands number we assume as they do not answer when he phones so I started phoning from my number. Excuses the entire time. Waiting for an refund now but still that has not happened. WORST SERVICE DELIVERY EVER! Will not recommend anyone ever buys something from them. Will fight till we get our money back.
