Worse experience ever

i placed an order for Cruise Tubes Remote Controlled Speed Pipes Racing Track with Car (37 Piece) on June 9, 2021, which they did not have in stock. i asked for my refund which was supposed to take place within 10 working days according to them, today is July 19, 2021(its been over a month and still no refund) and still nothing. This has been a worse experience i have had to go through
