Unhappy with grabitall unprofessionalism and poor customer care

On the 4th 0f October 2019 I ordered GPS watch with camera for kids. I regret it. the watch was delivered the following week and it was wrong. I ordered a pink watch and they delivered a blue one without camera, worst it was used with saved phone numbers. I contacted grabitall and they came and collect the watch and promised to replace it. I requested for a refund and they ignored me. I sent another follow up e mail and Coburn responded that they have received the watch they will send a replacement. I really regret ever buying from them and I will never advise anyone to buy anything from this company that is so unprofessional
