They want to "Grabitall" and run...

Appalling service, appalling customer, appalling after client service, there is no replies at all…!!! One can e-mail, WhatsApp and try phone; and nothing. The recording says they will get back to you. My WhatsApp’s have not even been read since 17 August 2021, making it over three weeks.

I got an e-mail stating the order is being processed, a month later I inquired where the goods were and eventually got an e-mail stating they will give credit to my account. I can buy something else… Well that has not happened, I have even asked for a cash refund; guess what… …no response, and still no credit passed either!!!

I think this business might be ******** people and taking the money, in one of the e-mails there is mention of moving. Maybe we should get the police involved with this…?
