TERRIBLE SHOCKING *******

PLEASE HELP ANYONE ! I placed an order on 4th August- not only did they not have stock of what I ordered which was not indicated but I am not able to receive a refund from them which I desperately need. I have sent so many emails but the answers take 2 weeks to each email with promises of a refund but never any action is taken. Is this Company going under and are not telling us. I really need my money back!
