Taken Advantage of by Grabitall

it is so sad that I have to be going through what I am with an online store grabitall that I trusted. I have placed an order with these people in August 21 already, and when they failed to deliver my good I requested a refund. It's been almost 4 months and I have to send mail begging for my money back. The sad part is I had taken the money from someone else to make the purchase and promised to give it back once the refund was made, and now four months later I am still begging for the money and they just ignore me. it really hurts to know there are people out there that can be so cruel to take advantage of people who trust them, and they can sleep really well at night after doing this. I am again begging that I please have my refund. please just give me my money back.
