STILL WAITING FOR PRODUCT / RESPONSE

I placed an order on 28 May 2021 and still haven’t received anything, not even an update. I have sent various emails to which the response is delivery takes 5-7 days. Once 7 days had passed i emailed again asking for an update to which I have conveniently received no response. Horrible customer service. I just want my product delivered and I’ll never use this company again.
