Speedy delivery, and prompt customer service

I've ordered from them a couple of times with no issues. My parents as well, ad they are based in Robertson. Ordered something last week and didn't get an update, emailed them this morning and got a response right away letting me know that their supplier is running behind due to deliveries, but they are working on resolving the issue. They respond promptly to enquiries. Overall happy.
