Shocking service! Don't buy through them!!

I returned an item on the 11/5/21 and to date have not received my refund!! It was supposed to take a maximum of 10 working days & is now 26 working days since my request for a refund was processed. I have communicated numerous times with Coburn, their support team member. Not only do they charge again for the uplift, but then you can't even get your refund timeously!!! Where is my R379?
