Certainly wish I had researched this company before I bought from them. Placed an order on 25th June, and got an auto generated email saying to expect delivery within 5-7 working days. After 10 working days, I contacted them via email to enquire on delivery, received another auto generated email saying to expect delivery within 5-7 working days. Tried the phone number listed on their site, which has a recorded message advising you to email them or whatsapp. Sent a whatsapp, but never received a reply. Attempted calling a few more times, and still only got a recorded message. Requested a refund via email, and then suddenly received an email from a person (Nicolas) saying my order would be delivered by the following week. Needless to say 4weeks later, and I have not received my order nor any further correspondence from them. don't waste your time or money on this site.
