Refund stress!

I Placed an order in May and because the warehouse was moving I was told that my order would be delayed (I understand). Then they got back to me (after I paid for my order) to say that there is no stock of this item so I can have my money refunded. I sent my details for the refund in June and still have heard nothing back from them after they said my refund was requested. NOT A WORD! This is the worst service I have EVER experienced. The fact that their response time is so bad/nothing at all is terrible. I just want my money back!
