Poor service

False advertising and very poor customer service. I ordered and bio ethanol burner and it arrived a month later after a million back and forths! To add onto that, they sent the wrong parcel and it look like it had been used before! They also dont have a number that you can call directly and the response rate via email is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
