Poor customer service following delivery of incorrect item.

This was my first time ordering from Grabitall. We ordered a smar****ch for my daughter's birthday. 2 weeks in advance, should be enough time, right? Watch was delivered, but it was the wrong colour. I immediately got in touch with Grabitall and they arranged for FedEx to collect that same day. That was a Monday. More than a week later I'm still waiting for delivery. Sent them two notes requesting information on when the watch was due to be delivered with no response. Posted a third note complaining as we'd now missed my daughter's birthday and they finally responded saying that they were going to follow up with their supplier as it was meant to have been shipped. 24 hours later, still no confirmation on delivery. Poor customer service!
