Poor customer service

Grabitall is not reliable, I ordered 2 items for my kids as a xmas presents, they delivered only 1 item late. I sent them an email& their first response was that they will enquire with the warehouse and I followed up in Jan 2021 with no response. I ordered these items on the 9 Dec 2020 and to date only one item was delivered. Don't even use this company, the worse part you can't even call them.
