Pay back the money!!!

Absolutely disgusted by this company and it’s Iack of support. After no delivery of the product I ordered ten whole days after placing the original order on 18th August 2021 and no communication from Grabitall I eventually made contact via email to enquire about my order after which I was told the supplier did not have stock and Grabitall tried to source the product from another supplier without success at which time I questioned why I was not informed about the matter when it was discovered that the supplier was out of stock. I immediately requested that my money be refunded to my bank account for which details were provided. After numerous emails and follows on my behalf and no response from Grabitall, to date no money has been refunded to my account, now two months later after fighting for money which is rightfully mine and does not belong to Grabitall. What an extremely bad experience. I will never ever recommend nor use Grabitall again.
