Pay back my money Grabitall

<div>Ordered good on end May this year - 143251. They emailed me 25th of June to say there's a delay after I had to query it. Then I had to settle for a different color on one of the item, that was 30th of June. I ordered 3 item eventually received 2. They also informed me in June that they don't have my third item and said they credited my account with them, but I said I want a refund and provided my bank details. It would take 10 working days. I have sent numerous emails on their help desk and to Nicolus. I'm still waiting. Sooo disappointed. </div>
